Building practical shooting athletes in the Marianas
The Marianas Practical Shooting Association (MPSA) supports practical shooting development in Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. We help participants build safe habits, technical ability, sportsmanship, and readiness for IPSC-sanctioned competition.
Our priorities
- Develop youth athletes through IPSC Action Air.
- Provide adult cross-training opportunities across practical shooting disciplines.
- Promote consistent range safety and responsible participation.
- Support pathways from local practice to major IPSC matches.
- Build relationships with affiliated clubs, training organizations, and community sponsors.

Working relationships
MPSA presently works with First Shots LLC, Citizen Defenders Training Academy, Guam Gunners, and the Guam Practical Shooting Association. GNROI and IROA training is conducted by Citizen Defenders Training Academy instructors. Future relationships and sponsors will be announced as they are established.
